It Appears a Famous Blogger Is Reading My Blog

I had noticed that from time to time that I had been getting a large number of pageviews from someone linking to my blog on Twitter, but I couldn't figure out who it was linking to my blog.

Today, I noticed this on the Twitter feed of the well known Patheos blogger Libby Anne of Love Joy Feminism:

That's right, she's linking to this post on my blog, where I was ranting about two prominent Christian leaders, one a Creationist/fundamentalist, the other a liberal blogger, who both claimed that if you leave Christianity, that you were never a "true" Christian in the first place. That post was a big hit on the blog, and received quite a few comments (at least by this blog's humble standards).

Thanks, Libby Anne, for the help, I need all the readers I can get. :)

  1. Let's spin things. "If you are a Christian, you started out as a batshit insane, blithering idiot anyway."

    Damn I love spinning things.

  2. Humble? I reckon you're doing much better than me. I just try not to focus too much on stats, or you'll always be frustrated, because there will always be someone who gets more hits/comments/whatever than you.

    1. I know, don't treat it as a race, or it will get frustrating......

Sometimes I get a obsessed about stats and have to force myself to step back and realize that it's not all about how many people are reading.

  3. It's nice to get recognition, especially from people you respect. (Looking at you, Honey Boo Boo, please visit my blog!)

Disagreeing with me is fine (I encourage it), but have some decency when writing your comment
