Ohio Charity Loses Donations, Gets Angry Phone Calls After Revealing That Paul Ryan Photo Was Staged

Recently, Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan was photographed washing dishes at a Youngstown Ohio soup kitchen. This picture cause quite a bit of controversy after the director of the charity, Brian Antal publicly revealed that not only was the photo op fake( he didn't do any actual work, just rinsed pans that were already clean for the photo), but he came in with the permission of a volunteer, who had no authority to let him in to begin with. The charity's director, who would have had the authority to allow him in, said that we wouldn't have allowed it, the group wishes to remain apolitical.

Now according to a Huffington post article, donations have suffered after the revelation, Republican leaning donors who have contributed in the past, are not giving anymore in retaliation, and many angry messages have been received over the phone, and on facebook.

This is just mind boggling all around. Why are people taking out their anger on the charity instead of the dishonest politician who had the staged picture taken in the first place?
